The National Housing Authority (NHA) owns the land in which Vertis North is situated in.
Ayala Land entered into an unincorporated joint venture with NHAto develop Vertis North.
Being situated on an Ayala Land parcel, the project owner and developer is Ayala Land.
Alveo Land was chosen by Ayala Land as the Project Development and Marketing Manager of High Park. This means that all planning preparations, marketing and selling activities, document and turnover preparation will be handled by Alveo
All check payments should be issued to Ayala Land but all inquiries, follow-ups and

More than 7,000 families were relocated. Most of the families were relocated to Southville Subdivision in Rodriguez, Rizal. Aside from Montalban, NHA also offers other relocation sites in San Jose, Bel Monte in Bulacan.
Montalban, where they have been relocated is only an hour away from their places of work and is accessible by public transportation. Ayala Land also provided options for them to work as part of the construction team, as well as a livelihood program through UNLAD.
